Updated guidance regarding ALL orders shipping to U.S. addresses.
Any order placed for shipment to the United States now is governed by the following terms.
- Any duties/taxes/fees that might be incurred when equipment crosses the border are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- YYZCANUCK cannot accept returns from the U.S.
- If for any reason the package is returned for inability to deliver, all fees charged to YYZCANUCK will be covered by the buyer. If total fees are less than the original purchase amount, the total fees will be deducted from your refund. If fees exceed the purchase price paid, then the buyer must pay the difference.
- The full invoice for import fees can take up to 90 days to receive. No refunds will be considered before this time.
- In some instances, the shipping carrier can incorrectly assess the amount of duty owed. If this happens the buyer agrees to pay the incorrect amount, in order to receive the package, and then to work directly with the shipping company to resolve any discrepancies. If the buyer refuses the package they will be subject to the terms above.
By making a purchase for United States delivery, you indicate that you agree with the above terms. Sorry for the new rules, but I am forced to do this to protect my business.
