Guidance regarding ALL orders shipping to U.S. addresses.
Any order placed for shipment to the United States now is governed by the following terms. I am sorry this is now a necessary part of shipping to the U.S.
- Any duties/taxes/fees that might be incurred when equipment crosses the border are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- YYZCANUCK cannot accept returns from the U.S.
- If for any reason the package is returned for inability to deliver, all fees charged to YYZCANUCK will be covered by the buyer. If total fees are less than the refund amount, the total fees will be deducted from your refund. If fees exceed the purchase price paid, then I will send a link to the buyer, who must pay the difference.
- The full invoice for import fees can take up to 60 days to receive. No refunds will be considered before this time.
By making a purchase for United States delivery, you indicate that you agree with the above terms, and I will be happy to process your order. Sorry for the new rules but I am forced to do this to protect my business.
