Terms & Conditions
For all Canadian orders we must collect taxes on behalf of the Canadian Customs & Revenue Agency.
- NB, NL, ON – 13% HST
- NS – 15% HST
- For all other provinces and territories we collect 5% GST.
For orders outside of Canada we do not collect taxes.
We ship your order from our location in Toronto, Ontario, usually within 24-48 hours of finalizing the details.
If you live in or near Toronto, you’re welcome to drop by our location to pick-up your order at our convenience. Please call ahead to make these arrangements.
All orders are shipped via FedEx ground service unless you specify otherwise. The parcel will be insured for the actual value and have a tracking # so that you can locate your order while in transit. Most points in Canada or the U.S. within 4-8 business days. Certain remote areas will be subject to additional FedEx fees, we will contact you to make arrangements if you are in one of these areas.
Note to U.S. Customers:
FedEx shipments may incur an additional brokerage fee. Other fees may include duty and/or taxes assessed by FedEx based on the value of the items and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping/Handling rates to most points in Canada & the US:
- Boards: $45 Canada, $50 US
- Boots: $35 Canada, $40 US
- Bindings: $25 Canada, $30 US
- When possible, we will combine shipments to minimize shipping costs

We hope that you’re pleased with the purchase you make, but if by chance you’re not… We’ll gladly accept the return of it for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us for return authorization. All returned product must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. If a product has been used, it can not be returned. For boots & liners we expect that you will try them on in a clean dry area such as your carpeted living room. Boots & liners that have been molded can not be returned except in the case of manufacturing defect.
In all cases, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend returns be shipped via an insured method, with a tracking #, for your protection.
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For more information on the warranty of a specific product, contact us and we’ll gladly provide whatever information is available to us. In the case of a warranty claim, please contact us for return authorization.
