Our business is still small enough to allow direct interaction
with our customers. We'd prefer to speak with you by telephone

isn't always possible. You're welcome to contact us first by email so
we can help you determine what product best suits your needs.
When ordering size specific products such as liners and boots,
please follow the simple sizing instructions below before contacting
us.

Payment Method
We do business in $CAD. This keeps it simple for our customers and our accountant!
Payment can be made by CanadaPost COD, direct bank deposit using Interac email
money transfer – sales@yyzcanuck.com,
postal money order, bank draft and of course cash if you've made arrangements
with us to pickup your goods at our shop. |

Taxation
For all orders we must collect the 5% goods & services tax
on behalf of the Canadian Customs & Revenue agency.
For all
Ontario orders we must collect the 8% provincial sales tax on
behalf of the provincial minister of finance.
For all other provinces we do not collect PST.
Shipping
We ship your order from our location in toronto, ontario, usually
within 24 hours of finalizing the details.
If you live in or near Toronto, you're welcome
to drop by our location to pick-up your order at our convenience.
Please call ahead to make these arrangements.
All orders are shipped
via Canada Post, using their XpressPost–COD service unless
you specify otherwise. The parcel will be insured for the actual
value and have a tracking # so that you can locate your order
while in transit. Most points in Canada within 2-4 business days.

• Boots: $35
• Bindings: $25
• Other products shipped at actual cost
Returns Policy
We hope that you're pleased with the purchase you make, but if
by chance you're not... We'll gladly accept the return of it
for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please contact us for return authorization. All returned product
must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging.
If a product has been used, it can not be returned. For boots & liners
we expect that you will try them on in a clean dry area such
as your carpeted living room. Boots & liners that have
been molded can not be returned except in the case of manufacturing
defect.
In all cases, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the
customer. We highly recommend returns be shipped via an insured
method, with a tracking #, for your protection.
Warranty Policy
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
For more information on the warranty of a specific product,
contact us and we'll gladly provide whatever information is
available to us. In the case of a warranty claim, please contact
us for return authorization.
In all cases, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of
the customer. We highly recommend warranty claims be shipped
via an insured method, with a tracking #, for your protection. |
